Where We Started

Liquidity Connect was founded in 2010 under the name FXColo, with one mission: deliver high-availability VPS with ultra-low latency connectivity to retail FX traders. We started by serving FXCM clients out of Equinix NY7 — and we’ve stayed true to that mission ever since.

As demand grew, we scaled fast, deploying thousands of servers for four of the world’s largest FX brokers. In 2015, we moved our network to Equinix NY4 to bring our infrastructure even closer to the markets. By 2019, we rebranded as Liquidity Connect and expanded globally with new infrastructure in Equinix LD4.
