RAID 1 Disk Mirroring
All Dedicated Servers are built with two internal SSDs with RAID 1 Disk Mirroring. This writes all of your data to both drives simultaneously so that if one drive fails, the remaining drive maintains uninterrupted drive operations. This fault tolerance provides the highest reliability for protection of your valuable data.
Network Interface Teaming
All Dedicated Servers include dual, redundant 1GbE Network Interfaces that are configured as a network "Team". Each port is patched to a separate Arista ultra-low latency network switch. In the unlikely failure of either switch (or either ethernet port), the redundant port takes over. This fault tolerance provides the highest reliability of your network connection.
Primary & Backup Power
All of our network hardware receives power from dual, redundant PDUs (power distribution units), which are connected to dual, redundant Equinix Data Centre power grids. This fault tolerance provides the highest reliability of continuous power in the unlikely event of failure of any individual power source.
LIQC-XCONN
We offer ultra-low latency fibre cross connects to Liquidity Providers, Technology Providers, Market Data Providers, and Financial Extranets. We have a generous selection available in our inventory today, starting at only $100 /month. Our Financial Extranets (including Colt Prizmnet and Lucera Financial) extend your connectivity options to other Data Centre locations and trading exchanges for a broad range of asset classes. If there is a cross connect that you need that is not listed in our inventory, please contact us for a quote. We can normally order and install a new cross connect within 5 business days.
LIQC-PROTECT
Our Advanced DDoS Mitigation service employs an integrated, on-demand mitigation protocol with comprehensive protection from malicious attacks, including: high-volume bandwidth attacks, low-volume attacks that target infrastructure and software applications, and concurrent multi-vector attacks. Once we have detected an attack is in progress, we automatically reroute your traffic for offsite scrubbing, which filters out malicious data packets, and then forwards your “cleaned” traffic back to your trading servers.
LIQC-SAN
Our SAN (Storage Area Network) is a dedicated, high-speed network that employs ultra-low latency iSCSI (Internet Small Computing System Interface) connectivity to improve application availability and performance. By segregating your storage traffic from the rest of your network, we help you to achieve better efficiency. LIQC-VPN
As an added layer of network security, we offer OpenVPN Access Tunnel to create secure, encrypted point-to-point connections for highly-secure remote access to your servers. OpenVPN employs SSL/TLS security protocol for key exchange, allowing authentication via pre-shared secret keys, certificates, and user name/password. LIQC-VPN is offered per site, and may be provisioned to access one server, or many servers for no additional charge. We include two sets of credentials for simultaneous access to your servers.
